Shipping policy
Here is a brief overview of our flat-rate international shipping rates. The prices listed on the product pages include sales tax and other applicable charges. Deliveries are handled by parcel carriers such as GLS, DPD, and DHL, as well as freight forwarders such as Kühne & Nagel, Dachser, Gebrüder Weiss, and Johann Weiss.
Shipping within Germany and Austria costs a flat rate of €10.00 per order for orders up to €90.00.
Special rates apply to European islands, such as Sylt in Germany, or islands in Spain, Italy, and France. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to parcel lockers.
