2. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a page is accessed, the web server automatically records so-called server log files.

  • IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • File retrieved
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Requesting provider

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technical security and stability). Log files are deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit.


3. Hosting by Shopify
Our online shop is operated via the e-commerce platform Shopify.

Shopify processes personal data on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR (data processing agreement). A corresponding agreement has been concluded.


4. Data Collection for Contract Processing and Customer Accounts
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of an order, enquiry or when opening a customer account.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of contract fulfilment. After full completion, data is deleted subject to statutory retention periods.

8. Google Analytics, Google Signals & Remarketing
Where you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
IP addresses are processed in anonymised form. Transfers to the USA are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

Google Signals & Cross-Device Analysis
We use the "Google Signals" feature within Google Analytics 4. This enables cross-device activity to be recorded for signed-in Google users who have activated the "Personalised advertising" option in their Google account settings. The data collected includes demographic characteristics, interests and behavioural attributes, and is used to generate audience-based reports and remarketing campaigns.

Google Ads Remarketing
We also use Google Ads Remarketing to show personalised ads to visitors of our website across the Google advertising network and on Google platforms (including YouTube and Gmail). Cookies or similar technologies are used for this purpose to enable recognition of your browser or device.
Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time via our cookie settings or disable personalised advertising at https://adssettings.google.com.

9. Shopify Analytics
Shopify provides integrated analytics and statistics functions. The following data is processed in particular:

  • Pages and products viewed
  • Interactions and time spent on site
  • Referrer URL
  • Device and browser information
  • Truncated IP address

Processing is carried out in aggregated form for the purpose of optimising the online shop. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR.


10. Social Media Plugins and Embedded Content
Our website uses plugins and embedded content from third-party providers (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). When such content is accessed, a direct connection to the providers' servers may be established.
